Facility Rental
The buildings and equipment at Hilltop Camp & Conference Center are available to rent, subject to review by facility management. We rent to guest organizations (1) when the facilities are available on the required dates and (2) when the guest organization’s vision and activities are in harmony with our own. We reserve the right to deny rental for any reason.
For a list of buildings, descriptions, and rates, please see the FACILITIES DESCRIPTION & RATES document below. Pricing is subject to change at any time until a contract has been signed. A deposit is due at the time that the rental agreement is signed, and all rental fees are due in full prior to the commencement of the event.
Application
To apply for rental of all or part of our facilities, please print out the Rental Application, fill out the form, scan it, and e-mail it to info@hilltopcamp.com.
